1. ORDERING RIBBON & TRIMS
The minimum order is $25 not including shipping charges. We supply any customer who purchases $25 or more of
any combination of our ribbon, trims and other products. Sales tax only applies to residents of New Jersey and
while a Tax ID is not required to shop at JKM, customers in New Jersey who provide one will not be charged
sales tax. NJ residents must email or fax their resale certificate or ST3 to JKM.
Each web page allows you to search for ribbon and trims by Manufacturer, Product Category or by typing in the
name or type of Ribbon or Trim.
After you go to a specific Ribbon or Trim page, you will view all the colors and widths for the particular ribbon or
trim. When you are ready to ORDER or VIEW PRICES click the VIEW PRICES / ORDER PRODUCT button on the
right side of the product you are viewing. This will bring you to the shopping cart for this product. If a color or
width is not listed on the shopping cart then it is not available from the manufacturer. You are now READY TO
SHOP on www.jkmribbon.com.
Existing customers can log in to review order history. New customers can register and setup an account to
access information on future orders and/or to receive newsletters and email coupons for product savings.
We
suggest you read our Sales Policy for

When
you are in the shopping cart section, you will see the PRICE.
Type in the Quantity you would like to Order and Select the color
you want then Click Add to Cart or leave the shopping cart area
without purchasing. Please note you are purchasing a WHOLE SPOOL,
REEL or BOX. Please check that you are ordering the correct quantity
and color. If you would like to view your CART, click the View
Cart button at any time.
You
can continue to ANY page on the web site by clicking a specific
manufacturer, by using the keyword search or by clicking the ribbon
categories on the left or by clicking any button on the web site.

CHECKOUT - SHIPPING & BILLING INFORMATION
When you are ready to CHECKOUT, click VIEW CART, then click
VIEW CART / CHECKOUT and you will see your FINAL ORDER. After reviewing your order,
click the Continue button and you will enter the
SECURE SECTION of JKM's Shopping Cart.

The first page requires SHIPPING and BILLING INFORMATION - where JKM will ship your order and the billing
address of your credit card. Existing customers can log in to retrieve billing and shipping information on file. New
customers can register and setup an account to save their billing and shipping address to access the information
on future orders and/or to receive newsletters and email coupons for product savings.
The next section requires you to select a shipping option - you must select an option
even if you are going to use your own UPS or Federal Express account. Use the Special
Instructions & Comments box to tell JKM your UPS or Federal Express account number.
The following are very important points on this page - Please Read the JKM Shipping and Handling Policy for more details.
The time before JKM is ready to ship varies from 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS for most orders
up to 4 weeks for special ribbons. A select number of stock items - basic ribbons only,
not trims - can ship within 2 days. If you have a specific date by which you must have
your order, please put the date in the Special Instruction / Comments box.
In most cases, JKM cannot change the timeframe before we are ready to ship even if
we use expedited shipping (overnight, 2 or 3 day service). The transit time to your
area varies from 2 business days to approximately 7 business days for international
shipments based on the distance from our location in New Jersey.
JKM ships ALL ORDERS by Federal Express (Fed Ex) except for Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories where we
ship by USPS Priority Mail and International shipments where we use
USPS Express Mail International (EMS).

your order has been submitted.
In
the JKM order process, 3 emails are sent to you.
First Email - sent immediately to you with a summary of
the order.
Second Email - sent within 1 business day (excluding weekends
and holidays) with the approximate timing before your order is
ready to ship.
Third Email - sent when the order ships and includes tracking
information.
The best method to communicate with JKM Ribbon for order status
or other questions is by emailing JKM at jkmribbon@jkmribbon.com. We respond
to emails within 1 business day and we continually review emails
during business hours. Please make sure your Company Name and/or
Your Last Name and/or your Order Number is included in any correspondence
with JKM. Please note that phone call or fax requests may take
up to 2 BUSINESS DAYS before we can respond. Please include your
email address on any fax sent to JKM.
