Can I Order over the phone?
The best way to order from JKM Ribbon is to use our
Convenient Wholesale Online Catalogue and Shopping Cart Web Site
where all your information is secure.
You can also E-Mail an order to JKM at jkmribbon@jkmribbon.com
or Fax your order with complete information to JKM at 856-767-7572.
JKM does not take phone orders.
For
Email or Fax orders, please include: the Ribbon (type, color,
width, # of spools); your Billing and Shipping address; daytime
phone number; Email address; and, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or
American Express Card number with expiration date and 3 digit
ID on back for Visa, MC, Discover or 4 digit ID on front for American
Express, and Tax ID if available. You can request JKM call
you for Credit Card Information if you do not want to put
your credit card in an email but we need all other information.

Can I get a sample of a product before I purchase?
All JKM Ribbon sales are based on our web site, www.jkmribbon.com,
and we do not supply samples. Please review
our web site sales policy. You can purchase sample cards for
specific products from the following manufacturers Offray, Morex,
Mokuba, Conso and JKM.

As another option, you may be able to find small spools of the

or if you find the ribbon in a store made by the manufacturers
on our web site, you can call us with the item number and color

ribbon colors.

Who can order from JKM Ribbon?
We supply all customers who purchase $25 or more of our ribbons
and trims. You can combine any ribbon, trim, sample card or other
product to reach our minimum order. You must purchase the entire
spool. JKM does not sell ribbon or trim by the yard.

How do I navigate the JKM website?
If you expand the window to maximum size, you will have a better
view of the ribbons.
We arranged our ribbons by manufacturers, and then by categories
like sheers, metallics, satins, grosgrain and many others. Each
manufacturer's page contains a description of what each company
offers.
The Ribbon Search Box at the top left hand side of every
page allows you to easily search our entire website. This is one
of the best places to go to and begin a search for the type of
ribbon you need. Simply enter the name or category of a ribbon
and you will get a list of links related to that type ribbon or
category.
Always Scroll Down the Entire Page. You will find more
information. We may ask you to click to view more patterns or
colors or link you to another section to find more selections.
Did you know you can search for specific words on individual pages
of any website using your browser's "Find" command?
"Find" is usually located under the "Edit"
menu of your browser. In most browsers, pressing the Ctrl button
+ F (for Windows) or the Command button + F (for Mac) will bring
up your browser's Find window. For example, if you are looking
for a color name or number, use the find function to locate it
on the page you are viewing.

What if I cannot find a product on your website?
If a ribbon is on our web site, then we have All the Current
Colors and Widths Available for this Product on the web site.
We cannot obtain a color in a width that is not on the web page
your are viewing.
If you don not see the ribbon by one of the manufacturers on our
web site Email us the item number and we may be able to get it
for you if it has not been discontinued. We will check price and
availablity and get back to you by Email. We only supply the products
of the manufacturers featured on our web site.

What if I am having problems processing an order on the JKM web
site?
Here are some common problems when using our web site. If the following list does not help, you may email or
fax your order - see FAQ #2 for the information required for an email or fax order.
- Please note our site has a session time limited to 2 1/2 hours. Therefore if your shopping time exceeds this timeframe, you might experience an issue with our shopping cart.
-Refrain from using the back button or the forward button on your internet browser. These controls can impact your order process and erase your order. We advise our customers to use the buttons within the site to navigate properly throughout the site and during your ordering process.
- Your browser may not be compatible with our web site. We recommend using Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher, Mozilla FireFox or Safari for Mac's
- Occasionally your Internet Service Provider might not be connecting to our dedicated servers network therefore preventing access of our site.
- Your cache memory may be full. Please clear your cache memory and cookies for your respective browser.
- Firewalls and associated browsers could prevent you from using our web site. These are local issues which have to be corrected at your end.
MAC & Firefox Users - Issues Logging In or Signing Up
Our web site is not fully compatible with Macintosh & Firefox users when logging into our site or signing up to create an account and/or to register for our newsletter. The common issue with the browsers mentioned is a customer upon filling out their information hits the Enter key then the site loops and brings you back to JKM's main page. Please follow the instructions below to avoid this issue:
1) Do NOT hit the enter key and USE YOUR MOUSE ONLY to click the Sign In or Continue Buttons respectively.
MAC & Firefox Users - Security Warning
Our web site is not fully compatible with Macintosh & Firefox users when users attempt to proceed from view cart to checkout when clicking the Checkout button. The browser states JKM's security certification is not valid. Please follow the instructions below to avoid this issue:
1) Click OK to close the window stating this warning, then Click Checkout to proceed to the next screen and you will see our Thawte Security Seal. Please click it and you can verify that our security certificate is valid through January 2010. To eliminate this message in the future, you must reload Safari and in most cases this message will be eliminated because the reloaded version of Safari will recognize that our certificate is valid.
MAC USERS ONLY
Our web site is not fully compatible with Macintosh users during the checkout process. We have tested Safari and it works properly during the checkout process so we recommend using Safari to place an order. If you choose to use another browser installed on your MAC (Internet Explorer, Netscape). Simply print your view cart page and follow the instructions for faxing or emailing an order to JKM.
Other Suggestions
When entering billing and shipping information during checkout, please be sure to enter your information within the space provided for each field and not to exceed the space. If you exceed, the space you might experience a buisiness rule exception error.
For U.S. residents, please use your 5 digit zip code without any extensions.
You must put in your ID number for your credit card (3 digit ID on the back of Visa,
MC or Discover Cards) and 4 digit on front of American Express Cards.
International Customers must pick not applicable for the state unless there is a province
or city listed that applies to you.
