1. Shipment Timing

JKM provides our customers with access to an extensive selection of RIBBON, TRIMS. and ACCESSORIES at wholesale prices.

The TIME IT TAKES BEFORE WE ARE READY TO SHIP is VERY IMPORTANT and results from inventory fluctuations and for JKM to "bunch" small orders to make large ones from dozens of suppliers.

Most orders take 10 days to ship but orders can take up to 4 weeks for specialty products. If you do not specify a date needed for expedited orders or any type order of any size, we will ship your order when the goods are available. This applies to orders which are on back order due to product not being available in the expected timeframe.

Use the Order Comment Box on the final page of the checkout process for any comments including shipment options and the date required. We will make any adjustments to your order and notify you in the email confirmation you will receive within 1 business day.

JKM sends 3 emails in the order process. Please add customerservice@jkmribbon.com to your address book to ensure email delivery.

First Email - sent immediately to you with a summary of the order.
Second Email - sent within 1 business day with the approximate timing before your order is ready to ship. If you do not receive this email within 1 business day, please immediately notify JKM at customerservice@jkmribbon.com
Third Email - sent when the order ships and includes tracking information.

Please note that ALL JKM SALES ARE FINAL. An order can be cancelled by email or fax (no verbal cancellations are accepted) within 1 business day after you place the order and receive your email confirmation of timing. After 1 business day, the order will be processed and the order cannot be cancelled.

International Residents please note JKM is not responsible for any local duties and/or taxes. We do not include these in our shipping and handling costs.

2. Order Status

JKM supplies an extensive selection of ribbons, trims and related products. At times there will be delays, stock outs and backorders of specific items. Please EMAIL customerservice@jkmribbon.com after you have waited the time frame stated on your order confirmation if you would like order information.

Due to the volume of orders across dozens of different manufacturers and the number of products we supply, we cannot provide an in advance follow-up service and continue to maintain wholesale prices and low minimum orders. Our web site is based on current product lines of our manufacturers which are adjusted daily. We only know of delayed or discontinued items when we receive our large shipment which includes your order.

If your order does not arrive in the timeframe expected and is on back order, we can only follow up when we receive a customer email inquiry. If you receive an order with an item(s) on back order, we will ship the back order when available with no additional freight charge.
